Connection Camp is a 2-night, fully phone-free experience dropping August 7–9, 2026 somewhere within 3 hours of San Diego County (location reveal coming soon 👀). We're bringing together a small, intentional group of people in their 20s–30s for a weekend that's equal parts structured, spontaneous, and genuinely transformative. Think: campfire conversations that go way deeper than your usual "so what do you do," shared meals that don't end up on anyone's story, and activities designed to strip away the noise and get back to what actually makes us human — presence, laughter, vulnerability, and the kind of belonging that no algorithm can replicate.

Not in a weird way. In a what if you actually looked up for 48 hours kind of way. No doom scrolling. No checking who viewed your story. Just the kind of uninterrupted presence that your nervous system has been quietly begging for. We've been conditioned to hustle, optimize, and perform — and somewhere in all of that, we forgot how to just be with each other. This weekend is the antidote.
So what actually happens there?
We're not going to spoil everything (where's the fun in that), but the weekend is built around real, research-backed programming designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and actually feel seen by other people. Small group activities, guided conversations, nature, good food, and enough space to exhale. It's structured enough to feel safe, and loose enough to feel alive. Once you sign up, we'll send you everything you need — including a full packing list — so all you have to do is show up.
